We look for people who are ready for that challenge, are not afraid to fail from time to time and learn from those failures together with us in a safe environment. Our engineers work with customers to implement ThousandEyes solution and drive customer onboarding to the platform. Now we want to go to the next level by having our own Project Management team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee technical implementation projects to ensure that use cases are deployed smoothly and on time. You will encounter a variety of projects ranging from a few dozen to thousands of hours with a lot of moving parts and demanding stakeholders. If all that sounds exciting to you, then you are probably the right person for the job!**What You'll Do**:- Lead and plan the IT project implementation from the initiation until closure- Build strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships, create robust project plans and drive engagement successfully towards completion- Monitor and track action items through to closure. Record and manage all decisions, risks or issues- Coordinate ThousandEyes project resources to drive performance- Contribute to continuous PMO process improvements by promoting and highlighting successful experiences- Act as a key contact for the customer and escalation point for project issues- Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and it's acknowledgement by customer**Qualifications**:- **Min. 2-3 + years of Project Management experience**:- **Direct experience leading all phases of the IT software implementation project lifecycle**:- **Relevant Project Management certification: PRINCE2, PMP etc
