Be capable of working collaboratively as part of an Agile software engineering team
Be able to lead a team of software engineering professionals
Lead the planning, work, monitoring, status (progress reports to executive management), and delivery for critical software products
Ensure products meet the needs of the internal customers that Dev Enablement serves
