- Responsibilities: Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Provide technical guidance and decision-making for AWS projects
- Manage DevOps and operational aspects for efficiency
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals
- Implement and uphold agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to drive project success
- Drive CI/CD, automated testing, and AWS integration for successful project delivery
- 3-6 years of experience as a servant leader, demonstrating a track record of building high-achieving teams
- Proven technical leadership in AWS, with the ability to resolve technical challenges and guide the team in making sound technical decisions
- Previous experience in DevOps or operations leadership roles.
- Proficiency in collaborating with remote teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, JQL, and Excel to manage project workflows and data effectively
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and AWS services
- Background as a developer, with a solid understanding of software development processes
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team and stakeholder interactions
- Self-driven, independent, and highly motivated to lead and deliver results
Nice to have: PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is preferred
