Technical Recruiter - Bilingual

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- **Pay is based on experience and commission is offered**_**Summary/Objective****Responsibilities**- Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system.- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.- Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews.- Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.- Proactively and regularly communicated the status of each search to the hiring manager.**Competencies**- Customer/Client Focus.- Human Resources Capacity.- Problem Solving.- Thoroughness.- Time Management.- Building relationships**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.
