Technical Recruiter - Controls And Automation

**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and set recruiting strategies- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the manufacturing industry- Strong knowledge of controls engineering, robot programming, and project management roles within the manufacturing industry- Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent in a competitive market- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software- Understanding of employment laws and regulationsPreferred:- Experience recruiting for automotive, life sciences, and food and beverage manufacturers- Knowledge of the latest recruiting trends and techniques- Professional certification in Human Resources or related fieldWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a collaborative work environment.
