Made has raised $9M from institutional investors such as Founders Fund, Felicis Ventures, and Base 10.Technical Recruiter Role in MexicoWe are looking for a dynamic technical recruiter to help grow the Made team. You will be tasked with the full cycle recruitment for a multitude of roles in Technology. In addition, this role will provide you the opportunity to expand your recruiting experience across new verticals as we continue to build a nationwide brand in renovation**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and actively translate that into a positive interviewer experience- English and Spanish Fluency- Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and be a trusted voice in difficult conversations that result in decision making- Partner with our recruiting coordinator on interview logistics and scheduling and ensure effective handoffs- Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed**Qualifications**:- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within fast paced high growth environments.- Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and achieving a strong quality of hire- Passion for recruiting in particular finding, engaging and representing under represented talent communities and acting as an ally through the hiring process.- Experience with applicant tracking systems- Phenomenal sourcing skills, across multiple platforms- Interest in developing processes and initiatives that improve recruiting- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume startup environment
