**Job Summary**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to develop and refine interview processes, ensuring alignment with position requirements.
- Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements and company culture.
- Utilize various platforms for job postings and implement marketing strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Work closely with company executives to understand tech talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, highlighting key performance indicators.

**Qualifications**:

- English speaking MUST
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on roles such as Java Programmers, Software Development Engineers.
- Good understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and frameworks relevant to the software development industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, team members, and external partners.
