**As a Technical Recruiter...**
You will focus your efforts on creating intrigue and starting conversations with experienced engineers.
As part of the People Team you will represent our culture and look for thoughtful, high-performers that can join us.
You will also work closely with our CTO, VP of Engineering, and other engineers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage passive talent to help build the engineering team (FrontEnd, Backend, Cloud, Testing, Etc)
- Assist with evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures
- Lead first interviews and join in technical screenings as needed
- Be helpful to engineers and leaders involved in the interview process
- Engage and get to know the whole person —not just their technical skills
**About you**:
- You have 2+ years of technical recruiting experience on software development roles (ideally with heavy sourcing expectations and a focus on quality)
- You are results-driven and people-focused.
You focus on achieving outcomes and results to help grow teams successfully.
- You enjoy sourcing for a variety of searches and coming up with approaches to successfully identify talent.
- You are persistent and are motivated by challenges; you partner with Leadership and to help them refine job specs and target profiles.
- You are dependable.
You hold yourself accountable for achieving goals.
