If you want to experience new challenges and contribute by recruiting a variety of profiles for our Talent Search, Staff Augmentation, and IT Solutions team, this is your chance!Responsibilities:Identify future hiring needs and design job descriptions.Sourcing candidates through databases and social media.Conduct interviews and file paperwork.Keep abreast of employment law and legislation in LATAM.Monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.Source and identify top talent, filling all job openings in a proficient and timely manner throughout the end-to-end full cycle recruitment process.Generate and maintain a direct candidate pipeline.Conduct phone interviews with candidates.Present candidate long lists and proposed shortlist to Lead Recruiter and Hiring Managers.Develop and maintain knowledge of the client business, organization, and job roles.Maintain the database and reports in a timely and accurate manner.Conduct job trainings for new starters.Present the Client proposition to candidates in a way that motivates them and ensures interest in the role.Analyze profile match or gaps of each candidate and prepare robust recommendations for the business to close them and upskill newly hired talent.Requirements:1-2 years of experience working in similar positions, recruiting with a technical focus.University Bachelor's Degree completed or advanced in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related career.Advanced English speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English (High Proficiency level is a must).Experience in a multinational environment (desirable).General knowledge in technology such as Networking and Software (desirable).Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with various stakeholders.Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.Negotiation skills.Responsible for maintaining completed files for all candidates hired.#J-18808-Ljbffr
