**What You Will Do**- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.- Collaborate with HR and hiring supervisors to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Experience in recruitment, with a focus on direct labor or similar technician roles.- Behavioral interview techniques.- Proficient Bilingual English and Spanish.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience working with recruitment ATS platforms: Taleo, SuccessFactors,etc.- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
