**What We Are Looking For**:- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience sourcing and hiring mid-level and senior software engineers in Latin America experienced in Ruby on Rails, React.Js, Node, Ember, Angular, or Vue.- You are experienced in sourcing talented software engineers for hard-to-fill positions.- You speak and write English fluently.- You have a positive attitude and a tireless work ethic.- You're upbeat and energetic and excited to come to work each day.
**What You'll Be Doing**:- Source software engineers experienced in Ruby on Rails, React, and Node, using Linkedin Recruiter and Lever.- Administer and manage technical tests.- Create and send job offers.- Participate in daily standups with the hiring team, sales team, and management team.- Source and hire at least two software engineers each month, with a goal of hiring 4+ engineers per month.
