TEs individuals will be performing risk assessment lead activities with a focus on fleet issue management.**:
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
- You will lead Risk Assessment activities with focus on Fleet Issue Management.
- You will create Advanced Risk Assessment models using probabilistic tools and statistical methods like Bayesian Statistics, Monte Carlo Simulations and Weibull Approach to enable high impact decision making.
- You will link damage probabilities (technical view) with the financial impact to support business decisions on mitigation measures.
- You will interact with various functions from Sales Support, Product Management and Product Development, Service Engineering up to Advanced Analytics
What You Bring
- Engineering graduate/postgraduate degree preferably in Mechanical/Industrial/Aerospace ideally with a focus on disciplines with a strong analytical patter (e.g.: structural mechanics, probability assessments)
- Relevant experience in turbomachinery
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial attitude
- Experienced at innovative programming languages like Python and R or Similar to understand and shape probability methods-based risk models
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a strong interest in learning with basic program management and team work skills
- Ability to move and change easily between work topics and ad-hoc requests from customers
- International work experience
- High level of social competence and team spirit as well as ability to structure and analyze, motivate and persist
