MBR Partners are now working with a client who is in ramp-up mode and looking for dynamic Presales Engineers to join the team in Mexico. You will be supporting the global sales and delivery team with a focus on LATAM to manage the full technical lifecycle of the customer from lead through to sale; delivery and beyond, as well as reporting back to management.
You will work closely with the Solutions Architect for customer solutions design and technical implementation documentation (HLD and LLD), and assisting in RFPs.
RequirementsSeveral years in Presales and/or Service Delivery role in the telecoms industryWorking knowledge in Linux technologies (Ubuntu and CentOS)Experience using Virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, OpenStack)Working knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentalsExperience in the telecommunications section and knowledge of Telecommunications protocols such as SS7, SIP and Diameter is a mustExperience with IP security devices (firewalls, IPS, vulnerability assessment tools, network scanners, etc.)Experience in helping to sell and delivering complex solutions to mobile operatorsStrong conceptual understanding of mobile SMS/USSD, RCS communications, 4G/5G networksStrong collaborative team player/leaderAbility to understand and maintain credibility with both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong written and oral communication and presentation skillsIndustry knowledge, resourcefulnessBusiness planning skillsAbility to travel from time to timeHigh proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Understanding of French and/or Portuguese is considered an asset.
