Technical Sales Manager

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Business degree
- Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
- 5 years' Technical Sales experience with capital equipment (ideally in the food industry) Product Management, or Engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial industry
- Solutions provider - ability to review processes and make recommendations on equipment and components.
- Large scale food manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing practices, sanitation, industrial environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (AutoCad experience)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to travel 80 percent of the time.

**What You'll Do**
- Develop and manage a results-driven sales team.
- Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line.
- Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale, and deliverables for product line(s) both pre
- and post-sale.
- Facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s), and in accordance with corporate training guidelines.
- Field travel is required to support customers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development.
