The Technical Sales Manager will be responsibr growing and maintaining current customer base, conducting technical meetings via zoom & in person with current and prospective customers. Overacus is to grow sales. Expect to devote approximately % of time to current customers and 70% of time to securing new business.M Chemical will assist in obtaining visa permission to work and travel in the United States.Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Polymer Chemistry or, and equivalent Confidencial and Importante empresa in Technical Sales with a chemical company preferred.Ability to travel approximately weeks a month:
Senior Management team will determine geographically the best opportunities exist to secure new business. This will determine travel locations. Some examples are:
United States:
Northeast, Lower Midwest, Upper MidwestMexicoLatin America and South AmericaExperience in a Technical Sales role in the chemical industry preferredProven track record of achieving sales growthStrong desire to continually meet and exceed sales goalsStrong skills in making cold callllowing through with warm leads English and Spanish languagesA strong command of the English language and excellent conversational English isrequired. (The Company will provide a class(es) on -English polishing
- if needed).Ability to research and qualify potential new customersExperience working with Microsoft Office and (Chempax CRM ((Customer Resource Management)) Importante empresa a plus)Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExceptional customer service skillsAs a Mexican based Employee:
Ability to enter United States and Latin America. (Canada, if travel on business can be attained will also be a consideration). Company will arrange work visasAbility to attend work on a consistent and regular basisMajor ResponsibilitiesEssentinctions of the Job:
Grow and maintain relationships with key decision makers at current customers and new prospectsWork with and communicate with the Vice President of Sales and Business Unit Managers to implement sales strategy (pricinrecasting, technical support, etc.)70% of time spent closing new business/% spent on current businessFollow up on cold and warm leads rther the sales processResearch accounts, identify key decision makers, generate interest and qualify new leadsExplain and demonstrate technicatures of products and services to customersStay informed about competing products and servicesUpsell products and servicesManaging the interaction between different internal departments ll orders alfill sample requestsUpdate and expand database of prospectsAttend trade showsOther duties and responsibilities as assigned--Education--:
