Technical Sales Manager - Mexico

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage a results-driven sales team. Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line (in conjunction with applicable Sales Manager(s) for each Regional Sales/Account Manager). Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale, and deliverables for product line(s) both pre- and post-sale. Develop and help facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s) in accordance with Corporate training guidelines. Field travel required to support customers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Familiar with manufacturing practices, sanitation, and industrial environment. Large scale food manufacturing experience. Solutions provider - ability to review processes and make recommendations on equipment and components needed for processing raw materials. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM Systems (AutoCAD experience preferred). Strong negotiation and closing skills. Education & Experience Minimum of 5 years of Product Management, Technical Sales, or Engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial and food industry. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Business degree also acceptable). Bilingual in Spanish and English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
