If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.The RoleTo secure converted orders by means of specifications and lead conversion for all products within the Wavin Above Ground product portfolio.To effectively manage all End User sub contract relationships driving maximum opportunity for the use of Wavin products.At all times both Wavin and its associated product brands must be actively promoted and well represented across the construction and building products markets in line with the core strategy of the business.Main ResponsibilitiesAchieving monthly and quarterly Commercial Objectives and KPIs, which will be discussed and clearly outlined during the continuous performance review process. Performance and actions will be driven specifically linked to the core measures of the role, including:Value of orders convertedConversion rate of opportunity to orderDevelopment of Project PipelineCall ratio and frequency by customer typeBIM customer penetration and adoptionMandatory use of Company CRM systemOther responsibilities include:Engaging with Specifiers to secure written confirmation of Wavin products on Commercial and Residential opportunitiesManaging and developing End User relationshipsActively participating in business planning in order to grow and develop salesEnsuring that all customer requests are responded to professionally and efficientlyPositively promoting the business, its products and its employees to ensure the business is protected at all timesContributing to the development of all systems and procedures to continuously improve effectivenessLogging detailed activities and projects within the CRM systemEngaging fully with all health and safety programmesEnsuring all management information – KPIs, Monthly Reports are submitted on time, in fullDelivering CPD and product training to all relevant parties, e.G. SpecifiersContributing successfully to the launch of all new product rangesProfileInitiates action to meet customer needsProven track record of successful specification sales including management of a Project PipelineCan Demonstrate drive and ambition
