TSRs are individuals dedicated to finding, developing, and growing both new and existing customers in their territory. This also includes inter-territory support, management, and relationship building of all accounts with multi-territorial locations. TSRs are vital members of the dynamic Sales team here at Krayden Inc., whose foundation is anchored on teamwork, integrity, accountability, and a "can-do" attitude. This role requires exercising independent judgment to perform the responsibilities summarized below.Responsibilities and Requirements:Outbound communications to customers and prospects to identify needs and provide Krayden's solutions, interacting with both purchasing and engineering.Responsible for troubleshooting complex customer problems, inquiries/service requests.Respond to requests for proposals/quotes, regional referrals, blanket order requests, large order pricing/discounting, etc.Utilize customer profile data (SIC Codes, NAIS Codes, history, geographic region, etc.) to target accounts with the greatest potential and match business fit with Krayden.Probing of customer/prospect needs to uncover sales opportunities.Responsible for building brand awareness and promoting Krayden's products and services.Responsible for retaining sales in assigned accounts.Development and implementation of Account Plans/campaigns to identify additional business with past purchasers as well as new accounts.Coordinate and execute special product offerings working in conjunction with the product managers to increase sales and vendor support.Partner with Marketing, Tech support, and other departments as necessary to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns within the Territory.Routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers, attend and participate in relevant trade shows.Attend Krayden and supplier-sponsored training.Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities using available resources.Execute timely preparation of all expense reports, budgets, and other reports as requested by Krayden Managers, customers, and suppliers
