**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions
- Negotiate sales terms, including pricing, discounts, shipping, payment methods, warranties, and invoicing
- Maintain deep knowledge of EPCOM's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Continuously strive to increase sales and improve invoice profitability
