TSRs are individuals dedicated to finding, developing, and growing both new and existing customers in their territory. This also includes inter-territory support, management, and relationship building of all accounts with multi-territorial locations. TSRs are vital members of the dynamic Sales team at Krayden Inc., whose foundation is anchored on teamwork, integrity, accountability, and a "can-do" attitude. This role requires exercising independent judgment to perform but not limited to the responsibilities summarized below.Responsibilities:Outbound communications to customers and prospects to identify needs and provide Krayden's solutions, including interacting with both purchasing and engineering.Troubleshoot complex customer problems, inquiries/service requests.Respond to requests for proposals/quotes, regional referrals, blanket order requests, large order pricing/discounting, etc.Utilize customer profile data (SIC Codes, NAIS Codes, history, geographic region, etc.) to target accounts with the greatest potential and match business fit with Krayden.Probe customer/prospect needs to uncover sales opportunities.Build brand awareness and promote Krayden's products and services.Retain sales in assigned accounts.Develop and implement Account Plans/campaigns to identify additional business with past purchasers and new accounts.Coordinate and execute special product offerings with product managers to increase sales and vendor support.Partner with Marketing, Tech support, and other departments to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns within the Territory.Routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers, attend and participate in relevant trade shows.Attend Krayden and supplier-sponsored training.Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities using available resources.Execute timely preparation of all expense reports, budgets, and reports as requested by Krayden Managers, customers, and suppliers.Perform duties to AS/ISO and applicable Accounting procedures and regulations.Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of industry experience; Chemical Manufacturing or Engineering preferred
