In this role, you will drive process improvements and use supporting tools and metrics to identify, prioritize and report on the portfolio of new business development projects. Key AccountabilitiesChange leadership to evolve and implement technical strategy, and deploy technical team in efficiently and effectivelyPartner with regional, segment and functional leadership to d evelop innovation plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisorsCoaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actionsLead a team through a dynamic structure and business landscape while delivering growth margins and advancing technical expertiseWork closely with sales and marketing leaders on customer segmentation and satisfaction, account planning and the use of technical and sales tools and digital technologyDevelop strong customer relationships at key accounts.Peer with global colleagues to share and learn, with an overall goal to increase customer centricity, amplify voice of the customer, and design a portfolio of differentiated solutionsOwn technical budget and metrics and report to stakeholders monthly.
