You will be Vendor Management of customer 3rd parties and interact with IBM/KYNDRYL, AT&T, Vendors and Suppliers..

- Cisco CCNP Certified, Cisco Nexus, Juniper certified, LAN Switching and Routing to execute second or third level support.
- Multi-brand knowledge preferred in switching ,routing and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper,Palo Alto, F5, IBM etc.)
- Knowledge for supporting Network Monitoring Tools like as netbrain, Voyence, Cisco Prime, etc.
- Good relationship with customers with leadership skills and capable to work under high stress.
- Fundamentals of Project Management and ITIL.
- Administration of network problems.
- Fluent Spanish and English speaking.
