ISPROX is partnering with a well-known and successful company, leader in the porcelain tile industry, operating a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility which is located in Loudon, TN.We are looking for candidates with residence north of Mexico, valid American Tourist Visa, and willing to relocate to the United States, working as a:Technical SpecialistSummary:Oversight of all technical aspects of the Selection manufacturing equipment and machinery including maintenance oversight, planning, and execution of preventative maintenance plans.This position is responsible for actively managing the performance of the machinery and technical processes in a manufacturing setting.Key performance areas include safety, quality, overall equipment effectiveness, and operator productivity.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Enforces health, safety, and environmental regulations and adheres to SOPs and company standards.Communicates clearly, concisely, and consistently with Team Leads and Production Supervisors and Managers.Plans and establishes work assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.Ensures that the selection and sorting operations are always running to standard, following the production schedule with adherence.Ensures the quality of Tiles are acceptable in accordance with standards.Plans and performs maintenance on the Selection lines with maintenance technicians.Ensures technicians follow policies and procedures and report to Technical Manager when there is an issue.Job Description:Plans, organizes, and executes the preventative maintenance program for each production line.Communicates with Selection operators to identify issues and send in work orders on items that need to be corrected.Daily checks samples to ensure there are no issues with quality, and if so, reports it to appropriate personnel.Ensures that Selection mechanics complete all assigned shift duties.Checks with the production team leaders or operators regarding any identified issues.Fills in for Selection Manager and Department Leader for vacation relief.Performs all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:A.S. or B.S. degree in related field required (Minimum requirement of a high school diploma).Ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5+ years related ceramic manufacturing experience, specifically working with Selection/Packaging equipment (i.E., SACMI, etc.).Experience with developing, implementing, and documenting procedures.Must be computer proficient using Microsoft Office applications.The company will process the work visa for the selected candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
