Here's your opportunity to combine your passions for entertainment, media and technology to transform our company and your career.As a Technical Specialist, Systems Analysis you will be:- Responsible for implementing, improving, supporting and leading the processes, strategies and technical tools for the Risk Management Organization.- Create test plans and perform User Acceptance Testing- Perform User Verification Testing during releases to Production.- Create Reports for Risk Management Organization and other organizations needing data.- Schedule recurring reports.- Pull Ad Hoc reports.- Query data on tables for analysis or troubleshooting purposes- Monitor RM Chatroom for urgent user issues- Troubleshoot any system issues.- Manage the RM CAMS Support mailbox - perform needed requests/respond to issues.- Reporting of claim data to CGA web portal for certain states and according to designated time schedule.- MyLogins work - approvals and/or setup of new users and deactivation of users.- TPA access/setup.- Advanced English Level- Detail oriented- Technical background - knowledge of database concepts and table relationships- Prior use with a SQL Query tool- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint- Power BI Report/Dashboard development- Crystal Reports Development- Degree in Information systems or Computer Science is a plus.- Experiencing with BOT development a plus.
