Job DescriptionAs a Technical Supplier Coordinator, you will coordinate demands, technical information, and follow up/tracking the job done in external workbenches of Rexroth.
You are responsible for being in direct contact with all related liquid painting suppliers, commercial and technical areas, as well as internal stakeholders. You ensure deliveries by analysing, confirming, and scheduling Rexroth requirements in ERP systems.
You will follow up the production plan based on customer demands.
You analyse the supplier delivery behaviour in alignment with the commercial areas of the Business Units, ensuring the internal Rexroth delivery standards and regulations.
Detailed Responsibilities: Analyse deviations and work out measures and solutions between requirements and actual supplier deliveries.Ensure the tracking of shipments from the suppliers until arrival at the final destination (plant).Set up the correct and defined SAP parameters related to inventories of raw materials and management agreements with suppliers.Ensure effective and timely information to commercial and technical areas (Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and Project Managers) and to the internal direct higher management as well as to the board of management in case of crises and critical situations.Provide explanations, proposals, and reliable data to support inventory control decisions and avoidance of expedites within defined internal communication channels.Identify areas of opportunity to improve business profitability and develop the corresponding measures.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Engineering, etc.
