**Cápita Works** was founded in 2020, amid a global pandemic, to provide people with remote jobs to work from home and offer small and medium-sized companies in the US access to the best remote talent in Mexico.We are still striving to find the best talent in Mexico, individuals who are eager to be part of an innovative environment and **work remotely** for small or medium-sized companies in the US that are always looking to grow and develop.We are seeking a top-notch **Tech Support Associate**, eager to excel in the IT and cybersecurity industry, to work for one of our clients based in San Diego, CA**Responsibilities**:**Dispatch & Ticket Management.**- Monitor service desk board in Autotask.- Record time and create internal notes to outline how issues were resolved.**Technical Support**:- Create tickets and mark down technical information on the client's behalf.- Learn and adapt to meet the various issues that appear.- Configure, upgrade and relocate PC hardware, software and print devices.- Perform software and hardware configuration across the Windows platform.- General end-user profile maintenance.**Operate and maintain IT technical tools and services**:- Administer the backup solution on behalf of clients.- Write scripts for improved automation.**Schedule: Monday to Friday (40-hour week).****Requirements**:- Advanced English (verbal and written).- At least 1 year of experience in tech support.- Strong customer service skills.- Experience with a variety of ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools such as Autotask, Datto RMM, etc.**Preferred, but required**:- Experience with security solutions such as Rapid7, Nessus or other open source security tools.- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP).**We offer**:- Remote work (within Mexico).- Highly competitive compensation package.- Above the law benefits.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Remote
