**ABOUT THIS ROLE**:As a representative Field Service you will provide support services related to hardware and software. Proactively work and interact with end users at client sites, manage preventive and corrective troubleshooting.**WHAT YOU´LL DO***Active communication skills and team work to resolve any incident/request from the client.*Maintain high level Customer satisfaction by clarifying Customer needs and ensuring that they are met.*Resolve any incident/request from the client related with Information Technologies (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile Phones, IP Phones, Virtual Conference Rooms)*Work and interact with end users at Office or Home based to confirm and match records on assets assigned to them; DXC is responsible on the Accuracy of the Information related with Inventory Records on Customer environment.*Use proactive monitoring procedures/tools to identify problem prevention opportunities.*Administrate and manage manufacturing EPS systems at one client site at GDL.**WHO YOU ARE**Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 4 years of experience working with the technology industry, specifically handling significantly sized accounts (Windows Operative Systems, MS Office 365, Thermal printer, handheld scanners, and basic Network skills).Strong communication skills to listen to client and articulate back for solutioning inquiries.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $10,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensa- Vales de restauranteTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividad
