Technical Support Engineer (3Ph Power) - 00973U Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an Advanced Technical Support Engineer in our PIIT Location.

What do you get to do in this position? Technical Support Engineers will assist Schneider Electric personnel and customers including electrical distributors, end users, original equipment manufacturers, consultants, and contractors with product selection, configuration and technical support for Schneider Electric Products. We also provide application and solutions support for Schneider Electric focused segments utilizing our vast product portfolio. Our goal is to ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
Responsibilities Provide high level technical support to Schneider Electric's most valued customers and Field Service Engineers in North America.Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems relating to 3 phase power systems.Work with Test & Evaluation, Platform Engineering, and Product Management teams to ensure quality of Schneider Electric products.Document problems and help create knowledge articles to help technical support and field engineers to identify and solve issues quickly.Implement solutions to problems associated with improper application and installation of 3 Phase systems or components.Qualifications We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience. This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements: Ability to troubleshoot electronic and 3 phase equipment using schematic or block diagrams.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions for both electrical and customer issues.Strong grasp and understanding of a team environment.Ability to participate well in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.Ability to interpret business and technical procedures.Excellent communication and networking skills.Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field – Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering preferred.Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English.Prior experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a similar role (preferred).Schneider Electric offers a robust benefits package to support our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, a culture of wellness, and more great benefits above and beyond a typical employer.
