We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer.
Responsibilities: * Direct customer support by Chat, Mail and Phone * Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements * Warranty Management * Close Follow Up to the customer Cases * Liaise with Commercial, Local Logistics, and Supply Chain Planning * Champion IMPACT value Qualifications * SAP Knowledge (desirable) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Able to deal with stressful situations & multiple conflicting priorities * Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is required * Excel knowledge Schedule: Full-time Req: 0094PU
