Support real-time operating platform

**The Responsibilities**:
·Address technical questions from clients on the operation of the ICONICS Suite of software and products
·Document all calls as cases into the company Salesforce CRM System
·Comfortable talking to stakeholders and sellers regarding commercial aspects of cases
·Client support for strategic Customers of the company who use ICONICS products in the area, as designated by management.
·Continuous learning of software products and customer operating environments

**Requirements**:
**The Requirements**:
·Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
·Proficiency with Windows platforms
·Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service-oriented
·Certifications in the latest Microsoft technologies
·Experience with VBA/VB Scripting (or C#, C++)
·Familiarity with using the Salesforce CRM
