Make it your story.This position reports toTechnical Support ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with guidelines.
Each day, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations.
You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Robotics in Robotics & Discrete Automation.
You will be mainly accountable for:Displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility and knowing how to communicate that to customers.Identifying opportunities (while supporting customers) to address any additional concerns and reporting those opportunities to the account team through local business processes.Recognizing technical problems and analyzing them through communication with customers and remote connections to assets for a limited range of services and products.Taking actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams.Qualifications for the roleBachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic, or an Engineering related discipline or equivalentProfessional experience.Advanced English communication skills, Intermediate Portuguese communication skills.Knowledge in Robotstudio.Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Device Net, Ethernet IP, Profinet, Profisafe).Knowledge in industrial robots (Fanuc, Kuka).SAP or Salesforce is a plus.Willingness to travel.
