As a Technical Support Engineer at LG Chem Mexico, a satellite office for a leading global petrochemical, you will be instrumental in ensuring the process optimization of customers, and connect technical support with innovative application development for several industries including Automotive, Electronics, Home-Appliances and Consumer goods.Your role will involve:Technical Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support for issues related to resin performance, production machinery and resin quality qualification. Diagnose and resolve complex problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.Process Optimization: Collaborate with customer's engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and systems. Implement solutions to enhance performance, reduce waste, and improve overall production quality.Customer and Vendor Interaction: Serve as the point of contact for external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
