**Career Area:**:Information Technology**Job Description**:- Installing Hardware such us Computers ,Peripheral Equipment, Monitors, Keyboards, Printers, Disk Drives, Scanners, Mouse, Phones, etc. for Specific Users.- Installing Software Packages such as Operating Systems, Microsoft products, Engineering, Design, CNC, Productions software variety, Administrative and other Software, in Specific Computers.- Provide Technical Assistance and Training to end clients- Responds to User inquiries concerning System Operations and troubleshoots Hardware, Software and Operator problems.
