In other words, if you like people and technology, you will fit right in.**Overview****Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Provide assistance to customers, consultants, and partners on the usage of- Advise clients on configuration options based on best practices- Triage newly reported problems, assign proper severity and work to identify aresolution- Troubleshoot issues through reproducing the problem and determine resolution- Update the ticket tracking system to provide accurate and current status ofsupport issues- Maintain proactive communication upward and across client contacts- Recreate reported issues, identify defects and work with clients to fully understand reported problems and provide workarounds- Conducts mapping of all required data elements from the source data system to the customized layouts, documenting all required transformations**Requirements & Skills**:- Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with a positive attitude- Quick learner with a hands-on approach- Strong sense of ownership and urgency- Excellent organizational, customer relationship, verbal and writtencommunication skills- Highly dependable and professional- Excellent problem-solving and listening skills- Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with a positive attitude**Personal Skills & Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or relevant experience required (Engineering/CS/MIS/Communications degree preferred)- Proficient/fluent English-language written and verbal communications skills- Ability to work both independently or in a group and prioritize one's own work- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff and clients- Interest in documenting to reduce time spent- Experience handling various file types for sending/receiving (CSV/API/HTML/XML/JSON)- Proficient MS Excel skills (formulas) for data manipulation- Familiarity with database technologies including Oracle or SQL Server (Good to have)**_We are an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
