This role will require a mixture of strong technical troubleshooting abilities, clear and precise communication, customer service skills, and strong IT service management process knowledge.**Where you will make an impact**- Taking on and resolving technical Requests and Incidents.- Providing excellent customer service.- Improving and maintaining technical documentation along with processes and procedures- Engaging in continuous learning and adoption of new concepts, technologies and problem-solving techniques- Participating in on-call process**What you will bring**- PC imaging, configuration, troubleshooting, and support (Windows, OSX)
