This role will require a mixture of strong technical troubleshooting abilities, clear and precise communication, customer service skills, and strong IT service management process knowledge.Where you will make an impactTaking on and resolving technical Requests and Incidents.Providing excellent customer service.Deploying, testing, upgrading, troubleshooting applications running on OS and Windows.Improving and maintaining technical documentation along with processes and procedures.Engaging in continuous learning and adoption of new concepts, technologies and problem-solving techniques.Participating in on-call process.What you will bringPC imaging, configuration, troubleshooting, and support (Windows, OSX).Support for Outlook, MS Office 365, PC Encryption software, Printers, PCs, Mac, Mobile Devices and other IT supported devices, repair, and maintenance and all Ellucian specific applications.Experience with cloud technologies (Box, Zoom, and Office365).Remote user support including - VPN installation and configuration.Testing new releases of software, Operating Systems, hardware, and peripherals.Working knowledge of Audio Visual and Video teleconferencing.Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.Attention to detail.Excellent research skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Availability to travel.Intermediate - advanced English level.What makes #EllucianlifeComprehensive health coverage: family major medical expenses, dental and life insurance.Christmas bonus 30 days
