We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our fast-growing team.**
**Hours 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time but may grow into split shifts. Long-term full-time remote work.**
Our Technical Support Representatives work diligently to support our valued clients and their businesses. As a member of our Client Experience team you will work with both our internal team members as well as our clients. You will receive extensive training on our proprietary software in order to ensure your success and potential for growth.
In this role you will:
- Perform first level technical troubleshooting & investigation.
- Monitor and manage group and individual service desk queues. Review, prioritize and assign service requests to the appropriate group to perform the work requested.
- Assist in developing and communicating internal processes and standards.
- Assist in developing and maintaining our client-facing knowledge base.
To qualify for this role, we require you to possess:
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- The ability to demonstrate superior customer service skills.
- Fluency in English, written and oral. Abilities in a second language are a plus.
- Ability to work a rotating on-call shift.
- Access to reliable internet, computer, and a mobile device.
