**Experience**:- 2 years as a Technical Support Specialist, providing equipment support and maintenance, and creating user accounts.- Completed degree in Engineering or Bachelor's in Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.- Intermediate English (B1-B2) is required; evaluation will be conducted.- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.- Location: Guadalajara, Zapopan, ZMG (on-site work).
**Responsibilities**:- Review the company's IT systems to ensure all aspects function efficiently.- Maintain all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure.- Create and implement processes for the IT department.- Manage IT incidents (ticket tracking and resolution).- Oversee hardware and software updates and installations, identify malfunctions, and resolve any issues with the IT systems.- Manage IT requests, including account creation and access, equipment requests, and contracts for IT equipment and services.
