Leading company in the Distribution of Packaging Material worldwide, requestsTechnical Support Specialist, works together with the IT team providing solutions to common needs, providing support to teams in operational and administrative areas, in its various divisions.
Tasks to do:
· Local and remote support to users (administration and operations)
· Respond to IT support requests by phone, email, or our AI assistant Olivia in Teams.
· Remote support to users' computers to diagnose and solve problems.
· Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and printers.
· Verify the configuration of the computer, the operating system and the applications.
· Establish priorities and plan the resolution of customer and user requests.
· Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention.
· Handle a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
· Operating system configuration (user profile, inventories, etc.)
· Build positive relationships by going the extra mile with customer service, making sure all questions are addressed appropriately.
· Solves problems related to software, hardware, computer, server and security.
· Maintain the correct functioning of the systems by carrying out the necessary ones.
· Secure support and follow-up from partners or other resources from our various remote sites.
Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements:
· Systems engineering degree, Informatics, Computing, Computer Technician.
· Bilingual
· Minimum experience of 2 years
· Excellent communication skills
· Windows 10
· Microsoft Office
· Focused on Customer Service
· Ability to multitask
· Responsible
· Proactive
· Problem resolution.
