Technical Support T1/T2

**To be qualified for this role, you should have**:

- Minimum 12 months' call center experience (Service Desk, IT Help Desk campaigns)
- Ability to navigate through various tools/screens while troubleshooting with customers
- Ability to use questioning techniques to uncover issues and find the best solutions or actions to resolve queries
- Strong communications skills in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
- Windows Operating System Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
- Microsoft Outlook -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in different browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox)
- Password reset experience
- Experience in ticket handling.
- Knowledge of PC hardware and mobile devices.

**Salary**: $17,500.00 - $20,500.00 per month
