**To be qualified for this role, you should have**:- Minimum 12 months' call center experience (Service Desk, IT Help Desk campaigns)- Ability to navigate through various tools/screens while troubleshooting with customers- Ability to use questioning techniques to uncover issues and find the best solutions or actions to resolve queries- Strong communications skills in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)**We offer**:- Salary $26,000 - $35,000 + additional law benefitsIf you're naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we'd like to meet you.Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust.
