Technical/Systems AnalystDescriptionReviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.Must Haves:Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, or Cybersecurity management3-5 years of experienceBilingual in both Spanish/English (strong verbal and written)Experience with Windows AD/LDAP and/or Linux systems administrationUnderstanding the concepts and operational aspects of password vaulting tools (Cyber Ark or equivalent)Ability to interface with business and technical teams/key stakeholdersStrong general technology backgroundAbility to manage multiple, ongoing initiativesDemonstrated ability to frame security and risk-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesNetworking experience#NuvitService
