**What you will do**:
We are significantly expanding our training programs for partners and customers.
As part of our technical training team, you will collaborate in the organization and execution of technical training and certification programs for Critical Manufacturing MES. Your trainees come from top manufacturing and services organizations worldwide, with diverse technical and cultural backgrounds, and your mission is to empower them to use our platform to realize the benefits of Industry 4.0.
You will have to develop a deep understanding of the best MES on the market, so that you can explain its functionalities and support trainees during their journey.
You will collaborate with documentation, product development, sales and deployment teams to plan and execute the best possible programs for each audience, while growing and helping to scale our training organization.

**What you must have**:
- Degree in Software, Industrial Management Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience working in technical trainings (organization and training itself)
- Ability to translate complex engineering procedures into simple and clear instructions
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office for content creation
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong team player and creative thinking skills
**What we consider a plus (not mandatory)**:
- Technical background related with software development - this is NOT a programming role, but technical knowledge is a plus since parts of our certification program are targeted at software developers.
- Train the trainers education or certificate
- German or French language proficiency
