Job DescriptionInstruct and train apprentices within the Technical Training Center in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, automation. Implementation of Industry 4.0, adapt to new technologies to train the apprentices of the dual system with the purpose of comply with the competencies required by the technical areas of the plant.
1. Ensure the CAMEXA program and apply the knowledge acquired in practical cases.
2. Verify the operation of the CCT (Centro de Capacitación Técnica) automation classroom in accordance with the work instructions established to ensure the knowledge in the plant.
3. Evaluate the knowledge acquired according to the mechatronics program: specialist in flexible manufacturing, to comply with the requirements of the CAMEXA program.
4. Stay constantly updated on the new technologies available for IT and industry 4.0 at Bosch in order to plan applications in existing processes to take advantage of the technologies in the development of new applications.
5. Execution and implementation of hardware and central software solutions to maintain global standards in industry 4.0 linking pneumatic, electrical and mechanical areas.
6. Provide technical support and training on problems related to solutions in industry 4.0, to maintain their availability and optimal operation within the scope of Technical Training.
7. Maintain the standards defined by the development of I4.0 in all Software development and implementation to maintain the levels established within Bosch regarding risks related to computer security.
8. Promote safety, health and environmental protection in accordance with ISO standards and Applicable Standards.
