Be a part of our journey!The Technical Training Consultant will be responsible for delivering Poly products new hire training program, conducting, and evaluating learning opportunities in the Poly Global Customer Solutions organization.We are seeking someone to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment to develop specifications and develop eLearning courses, as well as deliver face-to-face training as required. Will perform customer needs assessments for future course development, and construct and implement evaluation methods to determine applicability of course material.**Your day to day**- Delivers, implements, evaluates training programs and projects in support of the learning and business strategy- Regularly assesses and analyzes training needs, identifies gaps and recommends solutions- Develops design documents, storyboards, scripts, media lists and assessment tools- Facilitates training sessions- Researches, evaluates and integrates new learning technologies, such as mobile learning into learning and development programs- Conducts train-the-trainer sessions for newly developed learning initiatives- Delivery of all new hire trainings- Track and assess effectiveness of training- Assist in defining training needs as new products and services are launched; identify training solution(s), e.G. job aid vs full presentation- Ensure existing and new service offerings get implemented within our support teams.- To focus on continuous improvement efforts to simplify, eliminate and automate processes and procedures while keeping agreed level of performance- Raising the bar in quality of service and value for our customers.- Provide feedback loop into PGS for new ideas and customer requirements.**What you bring to the team**- Bilingual region dependent/English plus other languages is beneficial- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience- A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience; - Willingness and availability to travel abroad (US Visa and Passport required)
