**Job Summary**
- The Technical Training Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the training strategy for the maintenance and engineering staff. Support to all the facilities and projects during the execution, implementation, and operation stages to assure the accomplish the organization objectives.
**Essential Functions**
- Supervise and lead engineers and technicians to achieve company's goals.
- Responsible for safety goals withing the engineering and maintenance departments.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams and third parties to develop efficient and effective methods to support accurate and timely value driven business solutions for both short term and longer-term strategies.
- Coordinate across teams to manage list of all active or conceptual projects, track status and prepare summaries as needed and lead or participate in project prioritization meetings
- Establish and enforce engineering policies, procedures and standards align with corporate engineering.
- Coordinates and communicates training requirements throughout each project.
- Drive the training metrics of success for the engineering and maintenance department.
- Ensures project documentation and communication between all stakeholders.
- Initiates, develops, and maintains relationships with suppliers and other external collaborators or contributors.
- Responsible for training execution of the plants.
- Responsible of EAM and PM policies compliance.
- Works with corporate engineering to manage local CapEx projects and initiatives.
- Main lead to create and develop talent within the engineering and maintenance teams.
- Ensure and support SQF compliance and goals.
**Education and Certifications**
- Bachelor's Degree Mechanical, Electrical or any related discipline of engineering, or the equivalent in combined education and considerable experience in similar field may be considered equivalent.
- Six Sigma Green belt.
- Lean manufacturing.

- Experience in high-speed assembly, manufacturing, beverage, or food industry
- Experience in process engineering, doesn't care the area.
- Experience leading training for engineers, technicians & operators.
- Experience leading engineering projects.
- Experience working with WCM, TPM or relative.
- Project management.
- AutoCAD familiarity and experience.
- Microsoft Office Products high comfort level is a must, including Excel and Project.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
