TPI Composites is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our talented team of engineers who create innovative solutions for wind rotor blades.
You will be part of a team responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining clear and concise work instructions and best practices for the production, installation, and maintenance of our products.
You will also collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders ensuring the quality and consistency of our documentation.

This position will be onsite in Mexico.ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and maintain work instructions and best practices for the production, installation, and maintenance of wind rotor blades, using various tools and formats (e.G., text, graphics, videos, etc.
)Ensure that the documentation is accurate, complete, clear, concise, and compliant with the relevant standards and regulationsCollaborate with engineers, designers, technicians, and other stakeholders to gather and verify the technical information and requirementsManage the documentation workflow, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reportingQualificationsBachelor's degree in technical writing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.At least 3 years of experience.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English (C1 proficiency or higher) and Spanish.Experience with manufacturing documentation, work instructions, user manuals, etc.Experience with illustrations/storyboards is a plus.Experience with augmented reality processes and documentation is a plus.Proficient in using various tools and formats for creating and managing documentation (e.G., Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
