**Your Day-to-Day**:As a Senior Technical Writer, you will play a key role in shaping and leading our documentation efforts.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing documentation strategies, mentoring junior writers, and ensuring the highest quality of technical content.- Develop comprehensive documentation plans and architecture for complex enterprise software.- Establish and enforce documentation standards and best practices.- Mentor junior writers, providing guidance and reviewing their work.- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to gather technical insights.- Craft high-level technical content that effectively explains complex AI/ML concepts.- Champion documentation process improvements and innovation.- Manage multiple documentation projects across different product areas.

**:To be successful in this role, you will have to:- Advanced technical writing and editing expertise.- Experience with documentation strategy and planning.- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.- Knowledge of API and SDK documentation best practices.- Strong understanding of information architecture principles.- Passion for process improvement and innovation.- Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.- 5+ years of experience writing technical documentation for enterprise software.- Proven track record leading documentation initiatives.- Experience documenting PaaS/SaaS platforms and AI/ML technologies.- Solid understanding of API documentation and developer experience.- Proficiency with documentation tools and version control systems.- Excellent project management and mentoring skills.- (preferred) Background in computer science or a related field.
