**Responsibilities**:- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand the company requirements and workflows.- Work closely with developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.- Research and understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand language.- Conduct regular reviews and updates to existing documentation to reflect evolving product features, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary updates.- Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity and consistency.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical documentation to continually enhance the quality of our documentation.- Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of technical documentation.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably within a software development environment.- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, or other similar tools.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with Javascript, Typescript, Azure is a plus.**Benefits****TOTAL COMPENSATION**:We base our compensation on the following factors: location, experience, exposure, & skills.
