**Responsibilities**:
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand the company requirements and workflows.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Research and understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand language.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to existing documentation to reflect evolving product features, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary updates.
- Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical documentation to continually enhance the quality of our documentation.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of technical documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably within a software development environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, or other similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Javascript, Typescript, Azure is a plus.
